Hi, I am Katrina and I personally conduct all the yoga classes.
With nearly 40 years of practice, passion and dedication to yoga, I offer classes at various levels and locations, including in the comfort of your own home. I have been teaching for 25 years. My teaching draws from a wealth of yogic traditions and I always tailor my classes to specifically meet the needs of my students. |
KatKow is a gentle transition between two poses that warms the body, enhances spinal flexibility and stretches the back, torso and neck. It also gently stimulates and fortifies the abdominal organs and opens the chest to promote slow and deep breathing.
