Class Description 

Beginners

Beginners classes (level 1) are for individuals who have never done yoga or prefer a gentle style, and also wish to experience relief from body tension and stress. Helping to establish subtle changes in muscles and joints whilst also stilling the mind. This class is also suitable for anyone wishing to improve their technique. 
Each class incorporates breathing, stretching and relaxation. 
 

Bolster Class 
​hips & shoulders

 Postures supported by a bolster, with a focus on body alignment, soft stretching and opening for hips and shoulders to the rhythm of your own breath. All levels are taken into consideration with options.

General Flow
​

General class (Level 2) with a focus on body alignment and a flowing sequence to the rhythm of your own breath. All levels are taken into consideration with lots of options.

Sound Bath 
with 
Ahilya Horsfall


A sound bath is a unique experience of deep relaxation, rejuvenation and replenishing for body/mind. You will be immersed in healing sounds from the Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Rainsticks, Bells, Percussion, Voice and Mantra.
